So the first time I came in to BJJ practice at combat, I was extremely white belt status…(and still am). Jesse Brock, who is a very well established MMA fighter and Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner, was and is the head foundations BJJ instructor. In my past experiences athletes and fighters at Jesse Brock’s caliber hardly ever have hands on relations with beginners. Which is not the case at Combat whatsoever being as most of the states decorated fighters come from Combat fitness. Which is a huge blessing to be taught by someone of that caliber everyone there is very kind outgoing and inspiring. Jesse as well as all our other BJJ coaches have helped me tremendously and have had no problem taking time out of their day to help me with something as juvenile as tighten my belt shouts out to Bill!! I recommend anybody considering joining a fight team or even taking classes such as boxing Muay Thai or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu would find it in their interest to give Combat fitness a try first.
