Injury Prevention & Performance Seminar!

On Saturday, February 8, from 10-11am, Alliance Physical Medicine and SBG Idaho will be co-hosting an injury prevention and performance seminar. The training will be led by Dr. Ed Race with Alliance Physical Medicine. Dr Race is a chiropractor and specializes in correcting musculoskeletal injuries since 1992, with an emphasis on soft tissue/myofascial release. He also is a 3rd degree Black Belt in Hap Ki Do and has taught Muay Thai Kickboxing for over 20 years. 

Topics covered will include-

  • Injury prevention (foam rolling, stretching static vs dynamic, heat vs ice and when). Mild to moderate physiology will be taught. 
  • Enhancing performance (understanding what is the “core” and how to maximize results in your training).
  • Recovery and overall training performance bio hacks.

There will be time allotted for questions at the end. This will be interactive and participants should be in lose clothing. 

This training is totally FREE and open to anyone! This will be invaluable information for martial artists of all levels, from hobbyists to competitive athletes! See you all there!!!
